What type of properties do you buy?
We buy all types of properties; houses, flats, ex-Local Authority homes, homes in need of renovation, properties that have been on the market for some time, and even properties with existing tenants!

How fast will I receive the money?
The money will be transferred as soon as the property sale is agreed and completed, within a time frame that suits you, be it 7 days or 7 weeks.

Will I need a solicitor?
Yes, and we will look after this for you. Make the most of our one stop service and let us do all the work for you. We will recommend a Solicitor whose fees will be covered by us.

I’m about to be repossessed, is it too late?
No it’s not too late, we can help, but please get in touch as soon as possible, as the sooner you get in touch, the more likely we’ll be able to stop the repossession taking place.

Do I need to complete lots of paperwork?
No – you just need to complete the usual legal documents associated with all property sales. We will take care of the rest, including liaising with your existing mortgage/loan company and solicitor on your behalf.

Can I change my mind?
Of course. There’s no obligation to proceed once you’ve received an offer from us. You can change your mind any time you’re still feeling unsure and hopefully we can reassure you over any possible worries you may have.

How much will you offer me?
We aim to pay you up to 90% of the current market value of your property. This can depend on factors such as location and condition of your property, and whether it has existing tenants.

I want a quick sale - how long will it take?
As we are a fully funded cash buyer, we typically complete transactions in 7 days.

I have a poor credit rating will you still buy my house?
Absolutely! Your financial circumstances won’t affect the sale.

Does anybody have to know about the sale?
No – we offer a discreet and confidential service and the only people who need to know are you, us and the solicitors.

Do I need to tell the repossessors that I am selling?
No, you won’t need to worry about that – we will contact them on your behalf.

My property has been on the market for 6 months or more - will you still be interested in buying it?
Yes! Unlike estate agents/online estate agents we are fully funded and we will simply agree a price with you before transferring the funds to your solicitor.

Do you charge for valuations and are there any fees, charges or hidden costs?
No – unlike estate agents there are no fees for valuations, and no other hidden costs. We pay for ALL your legal fees on the sale of your property.

What if I don't want to move out quickly?
That’s no problem – just let us know what you’d like to do and we’ll work the sale around your moving plans (be it days, weeks or months).
